The moon, is the only natural satellite that orbiting the Earth. Moon diameter is 3,474 km. Moon is not only as garnish for the Earth. Moon has big effect on Earth, just like affecting water surface on the Earth. Moon also is a beautiful scenery at night. A romantic aura on the night sky. It was a gift that the Earth has the Moon.


There's no atmosphere on the Moon surface. That's why the temperature is fantastic. At noon, the temperature could reach about 100 degree of Celsius. And on the night the temperature is about -173 degree of Celsius.

Earth statistics - as we know, Earth is a big planet. The fifth biggest planet in Milky Way, our galaxy. With diameter about 12,756.3 km. And it's mass is 5.972e24 kg. It's a place where we live. It's our home. Earth's orbit distance from the Sun is about 149,600,000 km.

Earth Surface Gravity is 9.78 m/s^2. That's why we fall. Actually the Earth is pulling us with that speed.

Earth is rotating. A 360 degree of rotation is called a day. A day on the Earth is 24 hours. And Earth revolution period to the Sun is 365 days and 5 hours. That's called a year.

Earth is the place where we live now. It was a planet, the third planet in our galaxy, Milky Way. Earth is one of the terrestrial planets in the Solar System. A terrestrial planet is a planet that has primary composition of silicate rocks and metal. Earth is usually referred as the World, the Blue Planet, and Terra.

As you already known, and everyone knows about this, Earth is the only planet that has the right composition to enable life beings to be able to live there.
